Welcome to our store. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following Terms and Service. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. General Information

We sell Direct-to-Film (DTF) and UV DTF transfers intended for application on various surfaces. All products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Service.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

  • Our transfers require proper application using a heat press (for DTF) or correct placement (for UV DTF).
  • We are not responsible for application errors, including but not limited to:
    • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or pressing time
    • Improper surface preparation
    • User handling errors

Instructions are provided where applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper use.

3. No Custom Orders (if applicable)

We currently do not offer custom designs unless explicitly stated. All available designs are shown in product listings.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled (depending on reason) and within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation will not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs are the property of our shop and are protected by copyright.

  • You may use our transfers on finished products for personal or small business use.
  • You may not resell, copy, distribute, or reproduce the transfer designs in digital or physical form.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse or improper application of products
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Update these Terms and Service without prior notice

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for order processing and communication.
